By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
By accessing or using SAFCo Academy's online learning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2.3 User Content: You are solely responsible for any content we post or upload on the Platform. SAFCo Academy may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

3.2 Payment Methods: You must provide accurate payment information and ensure that your payment method is up to date.

5.1 Termination by SAFCo Academy: SAFCo Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
5.2 Termination by You: You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
